NOTIFICATION

UPDATION OF VENDOR LIST FOR SHIPBUILDING CONTRACTS

1. Cochin Shipyard Limited is in the process of updating the vendor list for Shipbuilding contracts. Interested Contractors/Vendors may please furnish the required information for registration /updation, as per the format enclosed at Annexure- I & 2. The form can be downloaded from CSL web site (www.cochinshipyard.com).

2. Contractors/Vendors shall indicate the categories of work for which registration is sought for as per the enclosed format.

3. Only those contractors who have a turnover of minimum Rs. 10.00 Lakhs per annum will be considered for new registration in CSL vendor list. Contractors /Vendors who have a turn over exceeding 60.00 Lakhs per annum will be considered as “A” grade contractors, subject to fulfillment of other evaluation criteria.

4. Existing contractors engaged in ship building jobs at CSL are required to update their details as per the format enclosed.

5. Interested parties are requested to submit the enclosed Proforma, duly filled up, complete with required enclosures, to the Office of the General Manager (SBOC) on or before 17 August 2011.
