The construction of cement godowns should be done in places approved by the Engineer-in-charge and it is responsibility of the contractor to keep the cement in born dry conditions. Opening the cement store should be done in the presence of CSL officials, and the store should be made available for checking stock as and when required by Engineer-in-charge of the work.
