ANNEXURE - A

Supply of Electric Power to Contractors working inside the Project Area

1. Tariff will be applicable to Industrial loads supplied by KSEB.

2. Cochin Shipyard Limited will make available power at one of the existing outlets at free of cost. The Contractor has to arrange for taking power from such outlets.

3. The Contractor has to obtain necessary approval for his installation from the Central Electricity Authority, Madras before applying for power connections.

4. Continuous power supply cannot be assured as there will be intermittent power shutdown or power failure of the Kerala grid supply and for factors beyond the control of Cochin Shipyard Limited.
